Another week gone by…Found some new stuff about Sex blogs this week:  Writing themes and Daily Themes.

25 Words by bloggers… Fred and Wilma of Fred and Wilma’s Fun.  Fabulous Blog, sitting on Blogspot.  Explicit, Creative, Well Designed.  Photography super shots.  A must visit.  The above links for Fred and Wilma respectively will take you to a short provocative bleep.  Easily Aroused  also displays a 25 Words or less and here is also where I picked up on other writing conventions of the blog world.  His entry Snap also has references to the adult blog world dailies such as:

You may want to check out Technorati for more on this and that.  Freya and  Virgin Slut uses these tags.  Something I haven’t ventured with yet.

Above and beyond the writing tags and styles.  All of the blogs mentioned above are great and worth a visit and deserve a proper review sometime soon.  If you know of any other interesting Adult Blog writing styles, please share and leave a comment.

Sometimes I just expand on a previous review, as I did recently on "Tell your Sex Story".  This week end as I was working on other posts such as Boys’ Club, AlexSuze.com added a comment to their review which I had done early in August.  Just look at those eyes!

At the time I had observed that "I would like to know what software their friend is using" to devellop their blog.  Well the answer came in the comment.  It is custom.  We should all be this lucky! 

The centre part represent the chosen area from the upper section of the sidebar menu.  It does this in a clever way, keeping the sidebar visible.  As a frame would, let’s say.  Where as the sidebar bottom portion, which is used for recommended sites or blogroll type links, open up in a new browser window.  The very bottom of the sidebar has the listing of Blog engines.

The right hand side is only used in the real blog area and it offers links to contributors, recent posts and supported Icons such as blogspot.  Blogger in fact appears to host the current blog entries where as the balance of the site appears to be on their server.  An interesting piece of engeneering.  Hence the credit to Blogger.  As I was putting together this review, I noted that they just added ads by Clicksor which brought me to very commercial graphic porn sites.  I clicked on them obviously, hope it generates some revenue!  I don’t see any other reason for this.  Everybody’s doing something like this, maybe I should too!  :-) 

Enough of the techie side of things, lets go to content:

Perhaps we need an explicit warning here like………

The About Us section, gives a Mission statement:  you’ll be reading an entertaining diary of our lives in general.  As I went through a few of the stories, I can attest that this goal is achieved. 

The Blog area is very well written.  The stories/diary are tasty, written to keep your attention.  They offer very few images, which is fine since there is a gallery section for those of you looking for naughty bits.   I read a few of the entries and found them to be quite entertaining.  This stuff comes out of real stories rather than creative writing.  There’s more of a feel to the written word!  The blog area is hosted by Blogger and so are the comments.  A nice piece of engineering!

Next on the Menu Sidebar comes Reviews.  This is an area which will obviously grow and get updated.  Presently it hosts a couple of DVD and website reviews.

Going down the Sidebar, next we have Stories.  Here we find what the authors call polished versions of diary entries.  Perhaps the picks of the litter?  It’s done as an html clikable listing and is hosted right on the website as opposed to Blogger.  I found that the Yellow clickable links were hard to see on my screen,  and even though feedback was requested on the listing page, there was no comments area or link to do so.  There was an email addy to click at the bottom of each story for comments.  My choice for such an area may have been another Blogger, Mambo, Wordpress or even Movable type.  Mind you I don’t know if these could be contained in a frame.

The next four entries on the sidebar cover Suzanne’s area, Alex’s area, Galleries, Porn Models and Porn Alike Models.  All of these area are graphics.  Starting with Suzanne’s area which shows off Alec’s achievements, Alec’s area which certainly has more material to cum.  Presently his area’s pics (naughty parts), have been moved to the gallery.  The gallery itself is devoted to both Suzanne and Alec’s pics.  All pics are of themselves, respectively but never about face.  Suzanne’s shots in the gallery are of herself and so are Alec’s.  Where as Suzanne’s gallery has a couple of interactive shots with Alec, the balance are all Solo.  The shots are well done but I have this feeling that their photography will take a direction in the future.  On many blogs, you never catch a glimpse of the author(s).  Here we do, which I think is a good thing.

The next menu option on the sidebar is Porn Models.  This was an education for me so I enjoyed it.  I’m not a porn fan myself so I paid attention to the information.  OMG Aria Giovanni, a face I know from newsgroups!  Pretty Lady.  I clicked on a few, surfing into a new window where more was found about each "Model".  The next entry, Porn Alike,  was amusing  finding models that look like other celebrities. 

The Diary Archives are most likely saved entries from the Original Blog.  I intend to go back and read a few.  Presented in a monthly fashion, this was easy and pleasant to navigate.

I enjoyed navigating through AlexSuze.com, There’s a lot of content here in a nice package.  Lot’s of potential for the future especially with the promise of a message board for interaction and user input.  I always warn with caution about message boards, it hosts it’s own culture and doesn’t always achieve the expected results when mixed in with blogs.  However I don’t discourage it.  It can bring about new sources of material from creative writers or real story tellers.  It can also cultivate regular readers to post and devellop a community which is the the ultimate goal in this environment.

AlexSuze.com is a growing site to keep an eye on.  A nice contribution to the Adult Blogosphere.  This visit I did not get the feel of a commercial venture, perhaps due to the ongoing changes; rather a personal adventure and as Alex pointed out recently on a comment from a brief review…

"We are not a commercial site, we do it for the fun of it. In fact we can’t imagine not telling people about our sex lives now. It’s better than therapy."

I couldn’t agree more!  …and please keep telling, we enjoy reading.

Boys’ Club

Let’s try something new, I think I’ve accumulated enough blogs by guys to do one called the Boys’ Club!  I figure it’s got to bring on a different flavour!  The first ones, will be a quick revisit from past post just to keep everything together.

Desparate Husband has a big following.  Everywhere I go just about links to this guy.  Runs a blogspot product, nice and simple and tells it like it is.  I reviewed this blog some time ago and considered him desparate!  Well not for readers…What ever he’s doing "simple" certainly has everybody’s attention.

Rentboys Diaries is also in many link lists that I navigate.  This one was reviewed just last week.  Nicely done.

I said I would go back and check Sensible Erection.  Blog it is, also feels like a magazine.  Great Blog, it was reviewed here near the bottom of this article.  It’s done by a few guys and invites registered users’ contributions.

I had a mention of Bondage Master which had previously been around as Whipping Post or Demented Dom.  At the time there had only been a link.  The gentleman does like writing, The subject matter is by no means hidden, there a few pics dropped in if you’d like a glance.  He does what he does in a good way.  I like the caption in one of the posts…Twisted tales for tortured minds! 

BDSM anyone?  UrbanStud refers to as the experiment and list all his rules of obediance.  He loves to walk you through each punishment.

Easily Aroused is one that I’m currently going through.  Reading with some pictorials well placed.  Hot stuff!  Great descriptions of this couples experiences and adventures.  The fact that it’s told from a males’s point a view adds a little twist since we find more ladies reporting this stuff in the adult blogosphere.   This blog is done in a very Tasty fashion.

Newbies

There’s nothing like a subtle title:  Hot Hard Cock certainly doesn’t beat around the bush.  Weekly masturbation tips for the guys!  Some great links to photography some ladies I’m sure would enjoy, I’ll be adding some these myself.  Godd reading from the male perspective!

Unfurling appears to be at the end of an era and the beginning of a new one which I guess we won’t find out about.  That’s fine, I can surely respect that.  There’s plenty there to keep you entertained.  According  to the comments he will be missed.

For those of you who would like the more hardcore male blog type you might enjoy Der Versucher but be prepared for lots of pics and little reading.

Another guy link from Unfurling is Easy to be Hard.  Fun reading light passages through this fellows thoughts on an adult blog.

That’s it for now!  But where as most reviews are usually owned by Ladies or at best couples, today’s were by men.  Unless of course there are a few ladies out there pretending!

It’s nice to come across a real blog once in a while!  That’s how I felt after reading a few random posts of Greek Tragedy.  It lives up to it’s description staement:  "Stories of my Life".  Another real one but approaching the bubble gum stuff was Best of Intentions hosted by Cindy.  Nothing special as far as content, but the presentation deserves points. 

I stumble across a lot on inactive Blogs.  I usually don’t post about them.  Sex Question Girl was an excellent concept.  But it seems the author didn’t have time to pursue it or was disapointed with the traffic results.  Just the same, a couple of good links to follow up such as Types of Kisses an a few more gewy ones.  I was taken by surprise with an add there.  One of those momentary pop ups for 2 seconds…Seem harmless enough. 

I know there’s a place out there called indecent blogging, I’ve run a few reviews with that prefix before.  Today I came across one called Naughty Secrets.  Seems to tell short and sweet episodes from a young lady’s point of view.  Good one if you’re in a hurray to see how someone else in running this aspect of their lives.  Links to some other classics I’ve reviewed here.

Hot Action was a place I had been to before.  A blog where some days are just crazy and other days are just Hot!  It took me a while to figure this out and obviously a couple of visits.  I guess it’s the bizarre that kept me coming back.  Just the same a thread from June 18th caught my attention and I figured the site deserved a spicy review!  Hummm, Leonard Cohen, Montreal and dot ca all much too close to home!  Run by a young man using movable type. 

Sometimes you come across a blog you expect to find more of… In search of something different was one of those.  Very commercial looking, appears to be just one huge promo page for an accessories shop.  No I don’t mean bicycle accessories either, nudge nudge wink wink.  The content of some of the 3 entries are well done.  Too bad there are not more regular entries.  Last one August 31st.

Every post should have a pick of the litter.  Today that would be Herdesires.  A woman’s exploration of sexuality and fantasy.  It is full of different, interesting topics from one end of the spectrum to the other.  Even great shaving tips for the ladies.   I had a quick run of the links, some refreshing stuff there.  The posts are regular enough.  This too is a movable type product.  

My Kinky Closet brings us reviews of certain sex toys.  The author I M Kinky throws in a lot of personal flashes if not experiences, makes it feel like a real Blog.  A fun read and somewhat informative has a slight commercial feel on account of the product reviews.   Could also be because of the sidebar where the links and most recent topics are followed by advertising for Calander.com. just the same, everything is done in a tasty fashion.

From there I fell on Male101 which is far from being a blog.  This one is a website, sounding off males about masturbation.  No pictures here guys and gals.  This site is strictly business.  The Mission Statement explains it, at least the first 3 points.

Too bad Red Whore is no longer active, at least the blog, not since January 2005.  I still browsed, since it’s excellent material.  Some of the links on the side bar are classics, like Rentboys Diaries (amazing male stuff to read), others are dead too.  Let’s talk about Rentboys Diaries instead!  It’s not dead, keeps your interest and has lot’s of other great links.  Though the reading may be rough at times, it’s a great blog!

Here’s Sexuality News which hasn’t had anything written in since June.  Excellent content, entertaining and informative.  The author Lance, uses Blogger to achieve this.  Simple but the content rules.  It’s also a back end for the real Lance who hosts a product website called pleasuremenow.com appears to have been around for about 5 years. 

Last one for now, The Sex Machine Book blog, profiles a few people along with their views and achievements of building and using sex machines. The actual machines are on display which is what caught my attention.  Functional is the key here rather than warm or cuddly.  Hey don’t knock it ’till you try it!  Any of your neighbours have these?  Do you get invited over?  Do you just try to sneak it out of the back and use the laneway to borrow it?  Again, interesting, unusual and certainly worth a peek.

Had such a busy week, didn’t have time to post… Not that I didn’t surf!   Found all kinds, so today will be a bit of a mixed bag.

I got the above link from Tara Tainton   who hosts a pretty good web site herself.  Aimed at the ladies, her site blog like, and blog feel, devotes many pages to writing.  About writing with some interesting links.  There’s a page there for art, sexy nudes.  Each page loads with a tasty graphic, which makes it interesting to view all the pages.  There’s the sponsering of the reviewed sites which gives a commercial feel…as well as the Tara Tainton tool bar!

On the subject of photos, you may want to drop in to Art Nudes for a peek.  Nice presentation on a Blogspot host.  Shows your stuff.  The real work appears to be at Michael Barnes Photography website"  I graduated with a B.F.A. (Hons) Visual Arts".  This link will take you to the "about" section and help you a little more to find out about him.  The blog Art Nudes, offers work from many other photographers, all which I found tasty.

Erotica Lee goes closer to the hard core corner of photography…It’s a tad more than photography.  Another  Blogger product.  It offers sotries, interviews, non nude pictures - Photography and lots on "Morph naked"
