DH Spicy, now on FireFox, features a 3 column Blog - IE can’t keep up it would seem . Ie displays it as a wide, single column.

I will be looking at different toys for the new column - My theme is not Widget friendly, and of the ones that I tested, I wasn’t that impressed. The one toy that I did finally find is an aside that allows me to post little bleeps here and there. I can format it in many different ways.

Speaking of formatting, there is still some to come.

Finally, Avatars The Gravatar system, did not appeal to me. I got it up and running but the formatting in the comments, became very Ugly. With a lot more time and tweaking I could achieve it, and perhaps I will during the winter months.

Registered users: I’ve taken the liberty of copying some of your profile Avatars from your blogs and dropped them in my DB. The Comvatar system, requires you to acknowledge this. You will receive an email, asking you to click on a link for confirmation. As well, if you change your mind, you may email me one, 80×80 pix and I will be happy to set it up for you.

Non registered users: Will adapt a random Avatar from the non registered pool. It will always be associated with your email Addy, which is required to post on DH Spicy.

Over the last week, I’ve upgraded to Wordpress 2.0.3 . I’ve tested over 40 plug ins and themes. I hope when I start writing again, it will improve your experience . Certainly readies me for another fun season of reading your tasty stories and gawking at your HNT’s.

We’re here for another couple of days, and then it’s off to the cottage for 2 weeks. If you want, I wrote a piece of couple of years ago about our tradition. I’ll have a lot of catching up to do. Throughout the year, I usually work my way through the week, by thinking of the cottage. By April, I want to start packing!

Last year our vacations were Hijacked by my work - We went for only a weekend.
