Crazy Office Story

We have a pretty funky Plant Manager.  Young, Dynamic and clever.  The office staff parade through the factory through out the day to get work orders approved and scheduling …

Yesterday, as I worked away in my office, I could hear a lot of excitement and cackle.  Sort of ignored it, after all there’s nothing wrong with letting out some tension.  When we gathered outside at lunch, I inquired.

"What was that that eruption around 11.15, this morning"

cleavage.jpgTo which they proceeded to explain that PM(Plant Manager) was going around taking photos of all the lady’s cracks.  At this point I just smiled.  I waited to hear which crack they were referring to.  Cleavage!

Cleavage and more cleavage.  I haven’t approached her, about it yet, but I do wonder what she’ll make of it!  Collage?  Post it up in the cafeteria?

Pretty funny indeed.

Shaking the Foundation

Shooting in the school, up the street!  Enough to rattle the entire city and get world attention.  Some 20 kids in the hospital, and the shooter dead.  Other details not so clear yet, but for many right now, life sucks.

Streets blocked off and well chaos!  DS had to walk past it on his way home.  No way to avoid it.  His high school, 4 blocks away.  Kids on their cell phones checking on their older brothers, sisters and friends.

Frantic pedestrians asking for directions to the college to check up on their loved ones.  Still to this point, not enough details to assess what kind of incident this was.  Police still holding many details.  Downtown, 6 city blocks around the school, cars being stopped and questioned about their whereabouts.

Tomorrow we’ll turn the page, send him back to school and hope this is an isolated incident.  Life can get pretty scary sometimes in the big city.  Yet still deemed one of the safest.  This is the third incident in 15 years.

Yes tomorrow we’ll turn the page …

News and Reviews

News

It’s a busy schedule these days!  However, I still make my rounds…

What do I see here?  A little Wordpressing going on at AlexSuze.  Shaping up nicely.   We know the content is great, but the interface is something they’re always working on.  I call it continuous improvement, at the office.  No doubt, Wordpress will bring some new goodies here.  They’ve always done a great job of cross platform, mixing blogger with static pages and now with Wordpress.

Miss Tragic at Xantasia, is keeping busy too with the interface.  A new skin, nice and soft look.  Another lady tough to keep up to, with many Web projects, and time for real life!

I reviewed Overworked and Underfucked about a week ago.  Oups, the link is now bogus.  It’ll take you directly to a Firefox.  If anyone has any leads on this let me know.  Qué?

A Quick Review

It’s a sick world and I’m a happy man!  At least that’s what you’ll discover over at Blugstuff.  Not exactly an erotica blog, but a lot of adult level stuff and a  fun path to follow.  Written by a gentleman, P fuzzbox; I enjoyed rummaging through the 3 different blogs that link to him.

The sidebar hosts a funny little webring banner "Anti Housewife Mafia".  I followed through on some of the blogs that participate, not much there to make a story, except that the concept was funny. Beauty vs The Beast was a little more up to speed for me.  Offering weekly topics on "He said she said".  Written with a co-writer, Siren, they alternate quests.  Draws a good amount of regulars.

The third blog involving P fuzzbox is on a more personal level.  Comments and views on photos taken around Texas.  Out and about in West Texas, is more of a tour.

P fuzzbox’s writing is worth spending the time.  the project reminds me a little of Dzer’s Diatribe where there’s an outlet for a lot of talent!  Dzer has by the way recently overhauled the look of his blog.  Check it out!

A bit of a Smirk

I just love adolescence!  My 14 year old, just announced his trip to Europe and his need to come up with $2500.00  by the end of November.  He also gave me an out… "I could always go next year".  Isn’t that sweet!  Very sensitive young man, he is.

As some of you parents know, we of course do anything to make our children’s dreams come true.  At least within reason.  So I looked at him and told him we’d work on this.

Of course, I being an only child and him too, we have a relationship that extends beyond father and son.  Don’t get any ideas here, I just mean we’re quite good buds too.  So
he starts,

"I could also sell blood and semen too."

Just a bit shocked, I look at him, and tell him that with the latter, at his age, he could probably earn his trip within a couple of weeks.  Shortly I remind him that in this country there are no wages for those services they are donations…Unlike where in the states, some 75 miles from here, they actually have companies…

"I wonder how much they pay?" images.jpg

So we Googled it, and I came up with anywhere from $35 to $50 a squirt.  He thought my expression was funny.  Up to three times a week.

As he kept on reading over my shoulder, he looked at me and said:

"Forget it, neither of us qualify, you have to be between 18 and 44.

Strip-Tease

For those of you who have watched the Magic feed in the sidebar, you know music is a large portion of the act.  As I was playing it for a friend for the third time, I got a request from DW, to get this song.  With much research about Ursula Martinez and her acts I still came up empty handed.  It’s a bit of a Henry Mancini Pink Panther type, but it’s also "strip-tease" type .  Duh!

Well, I thought, putting on my DH Spicy cape!  This job’s for me!  Off I went onto Newsgroups and searched strip-tease music.  Came up with all kinds of fun stuff, but never the right one.

I did finally download the clip, found a WMV splitter and extracted the soundtrack from the clip.  Eureka!  No, I won’t play it for you, you can just play the entire movie and listen to the song.  It’s in the sidebar.

kimbasingerstrip.jpgThrough out my research, I did note several websites on the subject of strip-tease music or related subjects, which of course I’d love to share with you….

Strip to  it is a website that promotes audio and video media, to teach you, and set the mood for stripping at home.  It’s done in a fun way and you can sample some of their products.  If you scroll half way down the page, make sure you watch the video trailers.  Professionals and expert will give you tips on how to approach your partner as your dancing or how to handle yourself.  (No matter how much you think you know, a little advice can’t harm.)

At the top of the page are various music and mood samplers.  Some of whichburlesquemusic.jpg you may recognize.  Music is pretty personal, they may be offering you a package, but I’m sure most of us can find our own music these days.

You can also go to Babeland if you need free instructions on how to strip.  They have a one pager for you there

If you’re into retro, here’s a site by burlesquecostumes.com featuring album covers of strip-tease and burlesque music.  If you really want to listen to some of these samples, you can treat yourself at Amazon.com .  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and listen to some of these songs.

Of the classics my favourite may be from David Rose.  One of the most popular instrumental pop composers of the ’40s,’50s and ’60s,  who wrote The Stripper.

   50’s music

Modern times, in case you’re wondering what Kim Basinger was doing at the top of the page, has to be Joe Cocker’s "You Can Leave Your Hat On"…

How about Crystal Water’s Gypsy Woman?  Well it came back as stripping music.  Maybe more for the living room.  No burlesque beat here just dirty dancing maybe?

Of course, if you need something a little more visual, you may want to try this feed!

Moving News —> BlogStormz

 stormzmove3.gif

I believe we call this, the next step in evolution.  The blogger spot that brought so many creative writers together to share their work with us, will be moving Sept 2nd.  You can now cruise over to the new home of BlogStormz.

A quick peak shows that the layout is still as comfy as ever and easy to navigate.  Writers submitting a story, fill up a form, with the url and submit.  A category section has been created, which will also help readers look for their specific kind of story.  Quicker than before!

I haven’t quite figured out all the functions between sign up and sign in, but I’m sure that’ll be explained in details over the next little while.

As picked up on The Secret Brain, the big move’s been in the works for a month with help from Mel, Tragic, Shon and AAG.  Most of the credit for the move and automation of the site goes to Mel.

Well guys, congrats on your new web site and great work.
