I’m not really a Justin Timberlake fan, nor do I dislike him. But his latest on the radio "Sexy back" and his coming to town has turned on, one of our radio stations, onto a sexy back contest. And why couldn’t we have a Sexy Back contest?
Need a little excitement around here these days! So I thought, I’ll invite both guys and gals to send in your pictures of your Sexy Back. I’ll post them in the Gallery. Contest will last until November 29th. On November 30th, I’ll put up a voting plug in of all the contestant’s pictures. Winner gets …Well Let’s keep that a surprise!
Contest Rules:
- You must have a blog. Please register onto DH Spicy Blog.
- Pictures must be a minimum of 200×200 pixels and not exceed 400×400 pixels
- Pictures must be submitted by email to sexyback@dhspicy.com . No later than November 29th.
- If you do not have an existing Avatar, on DH Spicy, please send one
along with your Sexy Back picture (Yes it must be your Sexy Back). You can use the Avatar from your blog.
- Winners (one lady, and one gentleman) will have to give an address where they can receive their Prize.
- Does the picture to your right show a little too much front? We certainly don’t mind, but just remember this is a Sexy Back Contest.
- Your names will not be published along with the pictures, we will assign a number and vote on the number.
- The winners can remain anonymous, if they wish. It would be fun to publish all the contestants’ names at the end, but we will respect your wishes. Please state your preference in the email.

I walked away from the doctor’s about a month ago with blood test results that indicated slightly high (bad) cholesterol, and slightly low (good). So, knowing my lifestyle, the good doctor prescribed Lipitor. Little scary, it’s like crossing that line that says you’re not 20 anymore. It was a disaster. See here for the long version.
DW and I were going on our week end walks, and then it got cold… and then we didn’t go. So I decided to join a fitness Gym. Energie Cardio. Loads of machines, trainers and Sauna. No Pool. 1 year membership. So it’s a commitment!
Today was my second visit. Lot’s to observe in a new environment like this. Mostly people keep to their own. There’s the odd Jock. I had never seen a female Jock before. I think what I like the most about it is the attitude.
People go there, because they care about themselves. That gives the place an aura of its own. During training there’s almost null interaction. People are busy doing what they came there to do. The only interaction was amongst 
either buddies who came together or a few “couples” which I noticed tonight.
Nothing too exciting to report yet on my second visit, but I do hope that in the course of the year I can bring you some juicy stories.
Some observations
Age category: Well I’m probably the oldest guy there, and I’m not over fifty! The ladies, probably average a little older.
Dress code, well some of the ladies manage to look pretty good. The guys that are there already look good and in shape (compared to me).
Activities: Most of the ladies, stick to the machines or the classes. The guys: 30 % on the machines, 60% in the weights and perhaps 10 % on the mats.
So tell me, do you follow a regular exercise program? I have it from good sources that exercise also increases the sex drive. DW’s looking at me with big eyes, 
I’d certainly like to hear about it.

I’ve just learned, it’s good to revise your server settings once in a while. Last year I remember revising and activitating Hot link protection. People who indirectly and most of the time innocently steal band width by linking directly to one of your hosted files. Most of the time pictures.
My little button logo, appears to be popular, I’m flattered. However, I will ask you to host it on your site from now on.
Due to heavy traffic, I ask you to host the above image on your site. Sorry for the inconvenience. When you link directly to this image, every time someone loads your page, it sucks down the image from my site. This in turn creates a DOS attack (Denial of Service).
You’ll notice, any images that I use to promote your sites, are hosted on my site. I ask you to follow this example.

Sometimes I wake up to the fashion network staring at me on TV. Glamour, the bio’s of designer, the models on the runway and once in a while a little more than just fashion. Some of the exposés go behind the scenes, where you can catch the models in their in between set moments. Dress code? Not too dressed.
Other show segments are on the runway, but perhpas where fashion is a little more revealing. Ok a lot more revealing. More than eye catching I would say.
Similarly, I can perch myself in a magazine shop, and browse through Vogue, Cosmopolitain, GQ, Vanity Fair, Elle etc… and have the time of my life.
So it got me thinking to do my own exposé on fashion. Get some interesting profiles that I can dig up
and perhaps some well done photographs of some of these ladies. Perhaps I can find some lads too? I also notice, that this type of research often brings out some photographers.
The first one I dug up goes by the name of Jacey Wyatt. Until today, I had never heard of this person, A busy person through the internet. Model herself, has turned the internet to her advantage promoting herself through products and posters.
There’s an online store, the whole 9 yards. Anyone that can make a name for herself I guess has a chance at getting successful in these types of ventures too.
I find there are a lot of online agencies too, that promote the models by posting a short bio and a portfolio, which in turn gives fashion houses the opportunity to retrieve the right model. I came across Fashiongates amongst many others.
Fashion photos, I find, are enticing. Some, without being too revealing. It’s about presentation and expression. I enjoyed going through Victoria Anisova’s profile.

For those of you who like to fool around with the camera, a fun time can be had posing as a fashion model. Of course it’s fun to own all the fancy clothes and lingerie, but for fun, you can have a good time with what you have. Aren’t digital cameras great for that?

Shhhhhh. I think they’re slowly going away. The Bots. Thanks to those of you who came forward to offer help, in particular, Alex of AlexSuze and Artful Dodger via Sic. I’m still willing to explore all forms you’ll put forward, as I intend to do an article on it soon.
It’s the second time I’ve been licked by this problem. I could of licked clean the first time, but since it wasn’t affecting Dh Spicy, I only took care of the sub-domains. Now it was my turn.
Just surfing around, and tripped on John Q After Hours Blog. Now, there’s pleasant handful. (Can’t think of an unpleasant one, come to think of it). I can’t vouch for the main service offered here, Porno on Demand, as I haven’t subcsribed. There’s an option for a free period, which I may check out in the near future!
There’s certainly appears to be some chemistry between John Q and Ana of Sexualité, who recently featured a post about John Q. There’s a reciprocal article posted here in the Adult Blog section.
John Q offers more, you can easily spend a whole night there exploring. Yes, it’s about Porn or in a toned down way "Media for Men". Beyond this, you’ll find this website splits up into four major parts: Home, After Hours, Blog and Blog+18. Under each header you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained.
Though it may be aimed largely at men, I have a feeling there’s a little something there for the ladies too.
